A public/private partnership developed to restore and energize the Pacific Palisades by rebuilding the community’s central gathering spot, the heart of the community, the Palisades Recreational Center after the complete devastation of the Palisades Fire.
CONNECT ·2025 Grants ChallengeExpanding Housing Choices
The grant will be used towards funding the construction and installation of a Samara home, which amounts to $450-$500k, for a low-income homeowner in Altadena or the Pacific Palisades who lost their home to the wildfires and lacks the economic resources to rebuild.
