Unique Adult Day Healthcare inc. project will establish a culturally inclusive Adult Day Healthcare center in Los Angeles that provides vital health, social, and therapeutic services to low-income seniors and adults with disabilities. By fostering community engagement, wellness, and independence, we aim to reduce isolation and improve quality of life. This initiative directly supports LA2050’s vision of a more inclusive, healthier, and connected Los Angeles.
