In Summary this initiative will support SSP efforts to provide supplies, support, and resources to the unhoused population through consistent pragmatic delivery and follow up daily. Building trust and reliance in communities that have become saturated with policies and procedures requires close, genuine, and intentional case management to address the immediate needs of individuals effectively.
