New Reflections, Inc.

This grant will support New Reflections, Inc.'s Whole-Person Transitional Housing and Stabilization Program, which provides safe housing and wraparound services to single adult men and women experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Los Angeles County. Through trauma-informed care, weekly case management, therapy, and health navigation, the program helps individuals heal, regain stability, and transition into permanent housing. The initiative bridges critical service gaps, especially for those unable to access support from larger systems.
