The Rapid Rehousing program provides safe, stable housing and wraparound services for transition-age youth (TAY) aged 19–25 who have aged out of the foster care system. The program focuses on housing stability, life skills, mental wellness, and economic mobility to ensure long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
