Grandview Pathways will support individualized career counseling and a new computer lab, providing critical resources for individuals in recovery as they reenter the workforce. Services will include job readiness training, resume assistance, and employment connections, while the lab will offer essential access to technology for job searches, online applications, and virtual interviews. These tools will foster confidence, self-sufficiency, and long-term recovery, ultimately strengthening both clients and the broader community.

Grandview Foundations’ 56 years of experience demonstrates that treatment, stable housing, a healthy community, and workforce development provides a successful way for our clients to build a lifetime foundation of recovery and integrate back into society, with tools to seek meaningful employment for a purposeful life. Grandview is requesting funding to open Recycle, Refurbish, Recover Thrift, a secondhand store run by Grandview alumnus, providing hands on work experience while providing a living wage to support financial independence.
