Soundworks’ workforce development program equips justice-affected and transitional-aged foster youth (ages 18-27) with hands-on training in sound engineering, video production, and lighting design, connecting them to paid apprenticeships and careers in LA’s vibrant entertainment sector. Our goal is to transform lives through technical skills, holistic support, and pathways into the creative economy.
