The mission of the Black TV & Film Collective was founded to eliminate the "Black tax" in the entertainment industry and combat the systemic anti-Black bias in Hollywood by providing production capital, professional development and networking opportunities so that historically under-resourced Black creative entrepreneurs can make their work.
