Homelessness to Graduation in South LA
Sunnyside 5 helps young adults in South LA escape homelessness and transform their futures by securing a college degree or trade certificate. Funding will help us expand at a crucial time – we just completed a successful pilot of our program, graduated our first 5 residents, and community demand for our program is surging. Our unique campus in Westmont, one of South LA’s most underserved areas, features custom-made housing units and a full range of onsite resources to help residents build independent living skills.
