Family STEAM Enrichment Program
South Central LAMP provides a free program for children in grades K-2 and their parents that engages children in STEAM activities while teaching parents how to reinforce their child’s STEAM learning. Through exposure to STEAM activities beginning at a young age, our goal is to equip children with the skills needed to access college and high-paying jobs, ultimately helping to end generational poverty. It is the only program of its kind in South Los Angeles, rooted in our mission that parents are the most important factor in children’s success.
