Regarding Her breaks the cycle of exclusion and marginalization for women - especially women of color - in food and beverage (F&B). We’re rewriting the story by shifting the narrative, delivering financial growth, transforming education, and expanding networks. This grant will deepen our impact, helping women grow resilient businesses that keep Los Angeles vibrant and soulful - even as it stands as the world’s fourth-largest economy. Together, we’re shaping an industry that reflects the heart of our city: diverse, homegrown, and built to last.

The LA food scene is bursting with talent in the hospitality industry, yet women struggle for financial equality. Traditional methods haven't cracked the gender pay gap fast enough. Regarding Her offers a revolution: empower women to become entrepreneurs. We'll equip them with the tools to break barriers, secure funding, take control, and build thriving businesses. Together, let's rewrite the recipe for success and ensure women in food & beverage achieve the financial freedom they deserve.

Regarding Her's Women and BIPOC Women in Food Mentorship Program will help to advance women and BIPOC women in the restaurant industry by providing mentorship, education, grants and logistical support for their restaurants. Regarding Her is committed to celebrating, nurturing, and uplifting women and BIPOC women chefs making LA’s food culture more delicious, diverse, and sustainable for everyone.
