LEARN ·2025 Grants ChallengeLife-Saving Support for Former LGBTQ+ Foster Youth
Penny Lane Centers is working to dramatically improve the safety and well-being of current and former LGBTQ+ foster youth. But LA County no longer funds services for youth whose DCFS cases have been closed. At a time when the LGBTQ+ community is facing escalating hostility, LA2050 funding will extend affirming services and mentorship to LGBTQ+ former foster youth when they need it most.
