NPower provides a no-cost tech training and career development program for Opportunity Youth in Los Angeles County. The initiative equips young adults from underserved communities with in-demand IT skills, professional certifications, and job placement support to launch them into sustainable, thriving-wage careers in the tech industry. Through this program, NPower addresses youth disconnection, economic inequality, and the digital divide, reducing generational poverty and chronic unemployment
