Three (3) tiered online program 1) Initial Medical Career Path overview/job-readiness (1 month 2X/Week online commitment) Part 2) Incentivized online DIY Training with certificates of completion on different DIY modules (completion time limit) Part 3) NAM/WorkForceMedical.org registry to facilitate online training assist, mentorship, volunteer opportunities, and apprentice job placement to Counter Healthcare WorkForce Shortage.
