Operation Elephant aims to enhance community safety in Los Angeles County by distributing loud, digital, air-horn-style bells to bicyclists. BikeLA's goal is to equip bicyclists with these bells, promoting safer cycling practices and reducing crashes on the road. These easily attachable devices increase motorist awareness of cyclists by allowing cyclists to announce themselves and be better noticed by other road users.
