This grant will support Mentorship Academy for returning citizens. This program will educate reentry participants on how to navigate, reunify and integrate back into society in a healthier manner via healing tools and advocacy. This program will provide a multitude of reentry tactics, concepts, resources and referral connections by Lessonz Learned. Participants will be mentored on how to grow through the reentry transition and navigate around new unforeseen triggers and barriers that may arise during the reentry process.

This grant will support the Reentry Education and Supportive Services to returning citizens. This program will educate reentry participants on how to navigate, reunify and integrate back into society in a healthier manner via healing tools and advocacy. This program will also provide a multitude of reentry resources and referral connections by facilitators who have lived through this process, who are boots on the ground service providers and have the relatability and communication skills to achieve desired positive results for the clients.

This grant will support a transitional age youth "TAY" prevention & leadership program that will educate participants on how to navigate life from a preventative & leadership perspective. The participants will be provided with appropriate facilitators, mentors, tools, education & workshops to help them develop into present & future leaders. This initiative will be led by Lived Experienced professionals who are boots on the ground service providers with relatability and communication skills to achieve desired positive results for the TAY's.

This grant will support LESSONZ LEARNED in delivering a 40-hour Professional Community Intervention Training Institute (PCITI) cohort with trauma-informed reentry education for justice-impacted individuals. Participants will receive training in healing, violence prevention, and leadership, guided by lived-experience certified facilitators. With PCITI and reentry workbooks, the program equips individuals to become credible messengers and agents of change fostering safer, more resilient communities.
