    I.M.A.G.E. Leadership Lab: Strengths-Based Pathways to Success

    A Strengths-Based Pathway to Success for Black & Brown Youth
    The I.M.A.G.E. Leadership Lab is a 30-day strengths-based leadership and career development program designed to equip Black and Brown youth and young adults (ages 13-25) with the confidence, skills, and mentorship needed to navigate their futures. Through interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, and career exploration activities, participants will discover their strengths, develop leadership skills, and create a personalized action plan for their education and career goals.
