Holiday Helping Hands (HHH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is launching Hope on Wheels—a mobile outreach initiative bringing 25,000 meals, 18,000 hygiene kits, health screenings, diabetes education, and resource support to unhoused individuals. We seek $75,000 to fund the van, staff, supplies, tech tools, fuel, insurance, & vital mobile outreach services.

Hope on Wheels is a mobile outreach program by Holiday Helping Hands (HHH) that delivers critical support directly to unhoused individuals in underserved communities. The initiative provides 25,000 hot meals, 18,000 hygiene kits, basic health screenings, diabetes education, & access to vital resources using Wi-Fi-enabled technology. This grant will fund the purchase & retrofitting of a delivery vehicle, staffing, program supplies, fuel, maintenance, insurance, & all operational costs necessary for consistent and compassionate outreach services.
