Unlocking Unlimited Possibilities for LA’s Homeless

The Unlimited Possibilities (UP) Program is a life coaching program to help homeless individuals that have been discharged from the hospital to achieve greater health, independence and to discover their life purpose. The program participants will be provided with educational opportunities, extracurricular activities, and training to develop healthy habits and leadership skills. The goal is to transform them into community champions, which can ultimately lead them to becoming life coaches themselves and inspire others to overcome homelessness.
