Friends of Malibu Urgent Care Center (FMUCC) is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to sustaining Malibu Urgent Care (MUC). Funded entirely by community members, FMUCC supports operations, infrastructure and public health programs to ensure MUC remains open 365 days a year. MUC serves as the only EMERGENCY healthcare lifeline during disasters.

Malibu Urgent Care is expanding its lifesaving services to meet the growing healthcare needs of a community increasingly impacted by natural disasters and limited hospital access. This initiative includes constructing a modern facility and acquiring advanced diagnostic tools like CT and MRI scanners to enhance emergency care, especially in times when Malibu is cut off from regional hospitals. We aim to strengthen healthcare resilience and ensure year-round access to critical services for residents, first responders, and vulnerable populations.
