Father-Con

Father-Con is a dynamic initiative to reduce vulnerabilities to child harm by equipping fathers to be proactive protectors and role models in their families and communities. This grant will support expansion of our 24-week evidence-based TYRO fatherhood program with added focus on child harm prevention, parental success, and long-term stability. Collaborating with DCFS, we will scale to reach future fathers, foster parents, and mothers, with fatherhood as a yet underutilized resource in safeguarding children and promoting healthy development.
