    FutureMakers: Empowering LA Youth for Economic Mobility

    The EOT Intern Placement Program connects diverse, at-promise youth and youth ages 18–26 who are not pursuing traditional educational paths in LA with paid, real-world internships at innovative businesses and nonprofits. Through hands-on projects in product development, human resources, revenue operation, marketing and communications businesses, and social impact, participants gain career-ready skills, mentorship, and pathways to living-wage jobs—empowering the next generation of leaders and advancing economic inclusion across LA County.

    Youthpreneur Incubator: Today’s Learner to Tomorrow’s Entrepreneur

    We’re launching the LA chapter of our national program—previously held in NYC. EOT Lab LA begins January 2026 with free education programs like The Tomorrow Curriculum and the Youthpreneur Incubator LA, supporting up to 10 youth-led ventures. In June 2026, Pitch For Ya Life LA will invite Black, Brown, and immigrant youth to pitch for funding and mentorship. Top finalists will receive grants, with a Fast Pitch Track open for broader participation.
