PLAY ·2024 Grants ChallengeThe Wright Race 5k
The Wright Race 5K, organized by Dennis Wright A&T Inc, is an annual event beginning July 27, 2024, at Lueders Park in Compton. The event aims to raise scholarship funds for recent high school graduates and contribute to the beautification of Lueders Park. The primary goals are to provide $500 scholarships to seniors from local high schools, establish and strengthen business relationships within the Compton community, and enhance the park through various beautification projects including murals, garden beds, and general cleanup activities.
