Champions of Caring Connections, Inc.

This grant will support CCC Resource and Navigation Center Homeless Outreach and Engagement Program, which provides emergency shelter, case management, and health navigation services to individuals and families experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Compton and SPA 6. The program prioritizes seniors facing homelessness for the first time and uses a “boots-on-the-ground” approach to deliver whole-person care and connect clients to critical resources.
