Anchor of Hope Ministries (AOH) proposes the Green Sector Career Pathway Program to eliminate barriers to employment and career advancement for Opportunity Youth, Transitional Age Youth, justice-impacted individuals, and veterans. This initiative connects underserved communities to in-demand careers in renewable energy, green buildings, and clean transportation through culturally responsive outreach, wraparound support, and direct partnerships with industry leaders and community colleges.
