The mission of the Agoura Hills Fire Safe Council is to work with federal, state, and local agencies to protect life and property from wildfire in Agoura Hills, California. We execute projects to educate homeowners on how to protect their homes and the surrounding defensible space.

We are looking to subsidize the installation of ember-resistant vent mesh. Thousands of residents will be educated about wildfire mitigation, and close to 500 homes will be retrofitted for less than $100 per home. This life and property-saving campaign will result in a 10X improvement of the current replacement mitigation solution.
