Soul Sessions: Creative Healing and Cultural Connection, the title of our proposed programming, blends mental health education with creative expression to reduce stigma, build resilience, and expand access to healing in Black communities in the Pomona Valley and neighboring communities. Through workshops, BE MORE Community Conversations, and Mental Health First Aid training, we are creating culturally rooted spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
