Activate Purpose: Empowering Purpose Through Entrepreneurship
Activate Purpose empowers underrepresented and justice-impacted youth ages 18 to 30 (up to 35 if justice-impacted) in LA County by aligning their talents and passions with entrepreneurial training, mentorship, stipends, and seed micro grants. Participants leave with the skills and capital needed to launch purpose-driven businesses and chart a sustainable economic future.

Learn4Free Project: Democratizing Online Learning
Learn4Free delivers free, bilingual online courses in English and Spanish to help adults build literacy, digital skills, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and wellness. Each course includes a certificate upon completion. Designed to serve LA’s multilingual and underserved populations, Learn4Free empowers adults to increase self-sufficiency, employability, and lifelong learning.

Pathways2Success
The ATS Pathways2Success Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to address the unique challenges faced by unemployed and underemployed BIPOC young adults, aged 18 to 26, in the low-to-moderate income (LMI) bracket. With a focus on self-awareness, self-leadership, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and sustainable career selection, our program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the workforce and foster economic independence.
