In 2018, 21.3 percent of adults in Los Angeles County reported that obtaining medical care when needed is somewhat or very difficult, meaning 78.7 percent had access to sufficient care. This is up approximately 10 percent from 2011, when 31.7 percent of adults reported difficulty obtaining care.
