Reports to the Senior Clinical Coordinator, Spanish Community Program. It is part-time mornings/evenings as needed.

Roles & responsibilities

Administrative Support

Log all data from group surveys into tracking programs (Track pre and post group evaluations, and other data need)

Log all calls that come in through the Spanish Community Program phone line (220)

Responsible for updating the Spanish Community Program’s master calendar with groups dates and times

Electronically organize Spanish translations and maintain their integrity across all platforms (group and volunteer curriculum, outreach and workshop material)

Maintain the Spanish Community Program’s waitlist and rosters

Attend weekly 1:1 or group administrator meetings and attend monthly all-staff meetings

Maintain attendance in chart and in Apricot for each group

Maintain inventory of all collateral used by the Spanish Community Program and restock regularly

Program & Development Assistance

Design flyers for all Spanish Community Program groups

Facilitate outreach at local community wellness centers, schools, clinics, parks etc. to raise awareness about the Spanish Community Program offerings (attend resource fairs)

Send out group reminders and texts about Spanish Community Program groups

Other:

Attend and assist with annual agency events: 5K: Walk & Remember, Volunteer Luncheon, House of Hope Gala, Meet & Griefs, and more

Qualifications

bilingual in Spanish & English, experience in Microsoft Office & client management databases
