About this organization
Jericho Road Pasadena (JRP) provides professional expertise to local nonprofits to strengthen their community impact. We connect skilled volunteers, board members, and trainers with community-based nonprofits so they can operate more effectively and focus on delivering critical services.
Jericho Road Pasadena is an equal opportunity employer and encourages People of Color, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals to apply.
NOTE: Studies show that women, nonbinary people, and People of Color are less likely to apply unless they meet every listed qualification. We are most interested in finding the right person for the role. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every qualification described.
About this job
The Workshop Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination and marketing of Jericho Road Pasadena’s nonprofit workshops and trainings. This role owns logistics, day-of execution, participant experience, and workshop marketing.
The Workshop Coordinator serves as JRP’s on-site representative at all workshops and trainings and is empowered to make independent decisions to ensure events run smoothly. This role includes making brief welcome remarks and introducing speakers, but does not include facilitating or leading workshops.
This position is grant-funded through January 2028. For the right candidate, there is strong opportunity to help grow the workshop and training program and potentially extend or expand the role over time.
