Describe how Los Angeles County will be different if your work is successful.
If 50 local trainers each led fitness classes and reached 6,000 people across LA County, the transformation would go far beyond physical health. Communities—especially those underserved—would gain access to free, local fitness, improving well-being, reducing stress, and building a culture of movement. These classes would become hubs of energy and connection, where neighbors come together, feel empowered, and take control of their health. For the trainers, it’s more than a side hustle—it’s a launchpad into leadership, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven work. With just $15,000, we could ignite a grassroots wellness movement that’s scalable, inclusive, and deeply human. This is how LA becomes healthier—not top-down, but from within.
Approximately how many people will be impacted by this project, program, or initiative?
