The mission of Faith Financial Services is to provide equal, accessible educational programs to assist young adults 16 - 24 from diverse groups and cultural backgrounds to develop the skills and confidence necessary to meet their educational and employment goals and realize their human potential.

Long Beach's California most impacted community is the Sixth District. The challenges faced by the community, such as high rates of violent crimes, homelessness, and those that are Justice Impacted including their families, is Faith Financial Services and thereby ensuring comprehensive support and empowering individuals to overcome these obstacles.

Education is the pathway to a productive life. With our community collaborator partnerships Faith Financial Services will provide every student age 16 to 24 access to an education that equips them with the knowledge and skills they need to be self-reliant and successful in the 21st century through course work in:
1. Basic literacy
2. Reading Skills
3. Writing Skills
4. Math Skills
5. Employment Readiness Skills

To end the generational systemic cycles of poverty and challenges faced by diverse communities, such as high rates of violent crimes, homelessness, unemployment and those that are justice impacted, including their families, is Faith Financial Services and thereby ensuring comprehensive support and empowering individuals to overcome these obstacles.
