We will be addressing the important of mental heal, healthy eating & physical activities that promote Great mental wellbeing. I plan to Lead by Example, inspire and motivate others while bringing awareness that WE DO RECOVER.

As a SKIDROW Survivor myself I believe I can reach people in ways others without the lived experience can. I recently won my first book written and self published in Addition & Recovery category 2024 and now Finalist for 2025 Author of the Year. I can help people find their purpo and share their stories which is apart of the Healing Journey.
As Founder/CEO I am hinor to review the 2024 Community Voice Award in Himan & Civil Rughts Categor. I believe Breaking Stigmas Treatment Operation is what is Needed in our Communities.
The Groups and Classes we offer will help so many people change their lives around with our curriculum.
