What is your understanding of the issue that you are seeking to address?
Some of the key issues facing those experiencing homelessness is not only access to resources but how to locate them, how to sign up for access to them, and understanding the restrictions and our policies of those resources being offered to them. Specifically a key example to this is the lack of Valid Identification for those in need, leading to restrictions in access to housing, shelter, and in many cases medical services. Local, County and State resource centers face vast over crowding and inability to properly manage and monitor resources availability, much less the man-power to walk through with each resource seeker the proper means and methods of seeking and securing access to those services.
