Expanding on the "Happiness & Well-Being Index" in Los Angeles from 2014, HappyCity Los Angeles will bring together local leaders in government, civil society organizations, media, businesses, and economists to develop strategies for distributed leadership for policies and practices that make Vision 80 a reality.
