The Goldhirsh Foundation and its LA2050 initiative announced today that Marion Noble joined the staff of the organization, as a Social Impact and Research Fellow.

Noble graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Sociology and Minor in African American Studies. She is a former LA2050 Youth Ambassador and is passionate about supporting Los Angeles communities through research and advocacy. Noble also currently serves on Grateful Giving's Los Angeles Leadership Council and is a member of Made By Us' National Youth250 Advisory Bureau.

"I am excited and honored to be a part of the wonderful Goldhirsh Foundation team – a team who works tirelessly to support local organizations, and create an equitable Los Angeles for all,” Noble said. “It is imperative to incorporate youth perspectives as we envision a sustainable future for LA, and during my time at the Foundation, I look forward to platforming the insights of incoming LA2050 Youth Ambassadors."

Noble works on a wide range of LA2050 platforms and projects, including restructuring the 2025 LA2050 Youth Ambassador Program into a two-tiered model that now features a leadership program. She’s also involved with the annual LA2050 Grants Challenge, data-driven research projects related to the Youth Ambassador program, and updates to LA2050 metrics and the LA2050 Ideas Hub.
