Last year, $3 million was awarded from the Goldhirsh Foundation and nine leading foundation partners to 68 organizations to implement their winning ideas.
Through the LA2050 Grants Challenge, members of the public vote online for the issues that will receive grant funding. Since the initiative’s inception, 3,983 proposals have been submitted from 2,605 LA-based social impact organizations. All of those organizations are available for anyone to search, view, and donate to at the LA2050 Ideas Hub.
