Position Title: Seasonal Program Assistant
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual with strong written and verbal skills. Applicant must enjoy working in a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission driven, results focused, and community oriented. A background in teen Jewish education a plus.
Hours per week: Seasonal with the possibility of full-time position. Hours will be based on program schedule. Must be available some Sundays for new program launching.

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Calling and cultivating participants for new program
  • Participating in planning in-person events
  • Attending and setting up in-person events
  • Assisting Program Director
  • Assisting in office for managing and organizing of foundation

Primary Qualifications

  • 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: business administration, organizational management, philanthropy, the nonprofit sector
  • Strong verbal, written and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Tech skills, including Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Perform with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
