The organization’s mission is to provide for the socio-economic betterment of the greater Latino community of California, which is accomplished through programs such as childcare, early childhood education, senior services, financial empowerment programs, immigration support, tax services and other community support services such as meal distribution and most recently health screenings and vaccinations. This vast array of programs is a direct result of MAOF being highly attuned with and responsive to ever-evolving needs in the community.

Today, MAOF is the largest Latino-oriented, family services organization in the United States and it continues to expand geographically and programmatically as the vanguard of social programs that strengthen family and community.
