Uncommon Good is a nonprofit organization that operates education, urban farming, health and environmental programs for low-income families. Its education program, Connect to College, is a college access program that provides disadvantaged students in 4th – 12th grade with mentors, academic tutors, college preparation, and enrichment opportunities. Our urban farm program, CAUSA, provides healthy food for families as well as health/wellness and environmental education. Our MED program supports young doctors who serve in disadvantaged communities and also functions as a medical career pipeline for Connect to College students.
Position Summary: Uncommon Good is interested in hiring an individual interested in learning how to raise funds for our nonprofit.
The new hire will work under the direction of our Development Director.

Salary and Benefits: Salary for this position is $55,000. If the employee does not have health insurance from another source, health insurance is provided at no cost to the employee and any uninsured spouse and minor children. A 403(b) Individual Custodial Retirement Account is available. Uncommon Good provides an annual paid personal day allotment.
