Description

Seeking an experienced virtual assistant to support executive team.

Tasks include – but are not limited to– schedule coordinating, following up with stakeholders, database administration, sending recurring emails, processing forms, and light bookkeeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a VA / EA, experience working in the nonprofit sector, and is based in (and has knowledge of) the LA area.

Timeframe: looking to hire immediately
Budget: $35 - 40/hour commensurate with experience
Time commitment: 10-20 hrs/week; availability during business hours
