ABOUT F4GI
The Fund for Guaranteed Income (F4GI) launched in August 2020 to design, research, build and implement the infrastructure of a more equitable society. Our small, innovative team aims to address wealth inequality by building programs and tools that break down barriers to wealth building for communities and generate insights for policymakers. Our work is guided by the following principles:

  • Listen and serve community: We co-design with the communities we serve. Feedback and community input is essential.
  • Start small and change often: We start simply and improve through iteration. We value tools that work today— and user adoption over all else.
  • Keep focused on the big picture: We build to support decarceration; not to make the current system of incarceration more efficient.
