Safe Parking LA, a project of Community Partners, a non-profit homeless services organization is looking for full time leadership position, Program Manager of our case management team. 

RESPONSIBILITITES include the following:

  • Supervise the direct service team and manage goal setting including supervision and training of staff, volunteers and partners as needed 
  • Develop and manage infrastructure required to successfully deliver and expand program services to ensure that best practices are executed in homeless services
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and compensation/benefits administration to team
  • Ensure ongoing regulatory and legal compliance, and provide oversight to all contract, risk management, insurance, and legal activities, Oversee all contract scope of work and deliverables
  • Regularly provide verbal, written, quantitative and qualitative analyses, briefings, and recommendations to the Director of Programs
  • Audit and review all program files and staff work products to ensure appropriate application of services are being delivered and ensure that all systems that are used to tracking data and reporting are executed by the staff properly. 
  • Oversee incident reports and grievances as appropriate, along with responding to site vendors as needed to ensure the operations of lots  
  • Exempt position that requires flexibility to work and visit multiple locations and be on call for emergencies 



  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 
  • 2 years of program leadership experience and direct staff supervision of at least 4 or more employees 
  • Experience recruiting and managing volunteers and interns a plus 
  • Technical expertise in executing contracts and service delivery with LAHSA, DMH and DHS funding 
  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced environment and readily adaptable to changing circumstances 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, experience writing policies 
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
  • Prior experience working with people experiencing homelessness is preferred 
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred 
  • A valid California driver’s license, auto insurance (as required by law), access to reliable and timely transportation to program sites and off-site meetings 
  • Background check (Live Scan) necessary and required by funders or regulatory agency


Salary Range: $70K Annually
