Liberty Hill is hiring multiple positions:

Senior Manager, Contract Compliance
The Senior Manager, Contract Compliance reports to the CFO, with dotted line reporting into the Director of Public Partnerships, to ensure proper and accurate compliance and maximum utilization of contracts and grants. This role bridges the intersection of finance and programs, taking leadership in analyzing contracts, creating systems for the tracking and delivery of multiple external and internal touch points, assisting with all various aspects of applying for, managing, and complying with requirements of contracts.

Program Assistant
The Program Assistant will work collaboratively with key program stakeholders to support Liberty Hill programs. In particular, the Program Assistant will provide administrative support for grantmaking, training, and coalition functions. The Program Assistant will coordinate both in-person and virtual event and workshop logistics and prepare program team materials; conduct research and draft reports, correspondence and other related documents; process grant applications and enter data into relevant databases, and manage department financial documentation such as processing check requests from vendors. 

Senior Program Manager, Public Partnerships
Working under the supervision of the Director of Public Partnerships (P3s)  the Senior Program Manager will primarily be responsible for coordinating and administering Liberty Hill P3s and other grant programs, including, but not limited to Public Health Councils and emPOWER. In addition to collaborations with managers and directors overseeing housing and environmental justice campaigns, the Senior Program Manager will work closely with youth justice, grant making, finance and capacity-building staff to help develop and manage internal systems to support P3 implementation foundation wide.

Grants Associate
The Grants Associate will work collaboratively with the Grant Making Team to administer and coordinate all competitive, partnership and donor-advised grant making at Liberty Hill, which totals upwards of $12 million annually. Liberty Hill has interconnected grant making strategies build broad social movements and advance economic, racial, LGBTQ and environmental justice.

Senior Manager, Public Relations
As a member of the Communications Department, the Senior Manager, Public Relations, proactively and creatively advances the foundation’s public relations, marketing, and visibility initiatives. This experienced creative professional is responsible for executing the annual communications and marketing plan focusing on a combination of earned and paid media, event promotion, targeted outreach campaigns, and a content creation strategy across multiple digital and social media channels. Other roles include the implementation of a broad range of communications, marketing, media relations, and community engagement tactics that support strategic outreach and visibility goals.
