Scope of position and activities:
The firm seeks a paralegal/legal assistant with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to support cases in litigation, maintain files, maintain the firm’s litigation calendaring system, and work with clients in gathering documents and preparing discovery responses. Good writing skills a must. The position requires familiarity with California and federal court filing (and e-filing) procedures and rules of civil procedure. Spanish speaking ability is a plus. Recent law graduates are encouraged to apply; the position will require a two-year commitment before advancement to associate attorney will be considered.
