Gifts for Good is a fast growing social impact-driven startup seeking a detail oriented person who is passionate about sales and coaching others to make a difference in this world. At Gifts for Good, we believe every gift should give back and that companies can do more good by turning their gifting budget into a budget for good. Whether it’s employee gifts, client gifts, or branded swag, companies can add impact without adding to their budget. 
Located in West Los Angeles, Gifts for Good is hiring a Director of Enterprise Growth to work alongside our Chief Executive Officer and sales team. We are looking for a proven sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to build out a sales team and formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. The role will have a base salary + commission structure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building out a strong pipeline of B2B clients & strategic corporate partnerships via various channels including emails, cold-calls, & digital outreach (eg. LinkedIn); researching new corporate accounts, identifying key players, & generating partnership interest
  • Building out our customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell strategies; upselling to past corporate clients and nurturing new leads. 
  • Working in partnership with the CEO to help define the company’s growth plan, coordinate and execute growth programs, and optimize the revenue funnel.
  • As we grow, maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results and administering employee reviews.
  • Leading B2B marketing strategies across the organization in partnership with marketing agency (email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, LinkedIn advertising, Google ads, display ads) 
  • Leading and developing a roadmap for new customer acquisition while building out our referral and affiliate marketing programs
  • Creating and maintaining monthly and annual sales projections for the sales team and operations team. 
  • Finding the newest set of "big bets" corporate partnerships for Gifts for Good through corporate gifting / SaaS ecosystem development and strategic business development. 
  • Delivering compelling presentations of Gifts for Good’s new gifting software, GiftForward, digitally and in person.
  • Identifying client needs & creating & delivering compelling gifting proposals & cause marketing campaign strategies in keynote and powerpoint. 
  • Maintaining and updating Hubspot for all current contacts and various sales pipelines
  • Providing customer service and account management to new and current corporate clients 
  • Working cross-functionally with design, analytics, product, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives and implement KPIs & strategize new sales opportunities & future/current product needs.
  • Electing key performance indicators, and developing reports on these metrics for consumption across the organization; ensuring we have the right data infrastructure in place.
  • Continually modernizing the sales operations functions to be strategic, agile, and analytical; doubling down on customer and sales analytics to deliver prescriptive intelligence.
  • Reimagining the buying journey from the lens of the corporate customer experience (CX), focusing on moments that matter in the end-to-end B2B sales experience; designing and executing with the experience of the salesperson and corporate client in mind.


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience as measured by sales performance against goals; demonstrated ability to lead a complex sales cycle and manage a sales team. 
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise level B2B selling required or growth marketing required. 
  • 5+ years people management with strong mentoring and coaching skills 
  • Account Management experience required - must be able to manage multiple high stakes corporate accounts; comfortable in front of C level executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Hubspot CRM platform for managing deals and growing a pipeline based on data-driven decisions and customer insights 
  • Background in selling enterprise platforms or digital products in the e-commerce, SaaS, or corporate gifting industries in order to leverage Gifts for Good’s innovative GiftForward social impact gifting technology
  • Expert proficiency in Google Drive & Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Keynote) 
  • Consistent track record of success driving results through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • Deep knowledge and command of customer acquisition metrics and product usage analytics, data science minded
  • Must be available to travel for sales opportunities 
  • Willing to roll your sleeves and do what needs to get done to close a sale (i.e. driving to drop samples at client office, scheduling and giving showroom tours in office)
  • Bonus skills: Shareasale or similar affiliate marketing or referral program knowledge; Shopify and AirTable knowledge a plus;  Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
