Partners In Diversity is hiring multiple contract positions:

Administrative Aid (Data Entry):

  • Provide clerical support to the Case and Contact Interview Team related to COVID-19 outbreak investigations;
  • Assist the Case and Contact Interview Team with the process of issuing HOO; 
  • Track the completion and submission of all necessary investigation documents, including entering and supporting data into surveillance and electronic record system and other DPH data platforms; 
  • Maintain daily communication with the Case and Contact Interview Team; 
  • Manage equipment and materials requests to support Case and Contact Interview Team Activities;
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information; and 
  • Complete other clerical duties as assigned.  


Area Administrator:

  • Serve as the liaison between various DPH divisions, including Logistics, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development & Training (ODT), and CCIB for onboarding, training, and placement inquiries and requests, and develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other County departments, colleges, universities, and other partners providing contact tracers to DPH;
  • Oversee the assignment of contact tracers to teams upon completion of training and submission of required documents and conduct quality assurance checks on completeness of interview and adherence to required monitoring schedule;
  • Conduct data analysis and make recommendations for optimizing the CCIB structure and available resources to rapidly respond to changing local circumstances related to COVID-19;
  • Work with the CCIB Deputy to route, troubleshoot, or answer questions regarding onboarding, training, and placement of contact tracers, and ensure that CCIB staff are kept current of progress toward meeting onboarding, training, and placement goals and other ELC Grant requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and accessible records to track CCIB progress in meeting the ELC Grant objectives, and ensure timely submission of reports, performance data, and other deliverables, as required by the ELC Grant;
  • Prepare high level briefings, summary reports, and other written correspondence; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information.


Assistant Staff Analyst:

  • Establish systems and methods of information and data collection, and maintain data and statistical records related to CCIB;
  • Generate data reports related to the onboarding, training, and assigning of case interviewers and contact tracers;
  • Work closely with all units within CCIB to resolve technical issues or concerns related to case interview and contact tracing infrastructure and data systems; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal in


Epidemiologist (Data Analyst):

  • Provide support to the staff working on surveillance and record systems with data and epidemiology needs related to CCIB;
  • Provide data cleaning for cases and contacts in surveillance and electronic data systems;
  • Generate data reports related to the outbreak, including, but not limited to, epidemiology curve charts and dashboards; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal informa


Health Program Analyst III (Contract Management):

  • Provide administrative oversight and management of MOU/MOA and contracts with various entities for contact tracing using best practices and independent judgment;  
  • Serve as the liaison between various entities and the local health department; 
  • Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies and procedures;
  • Work with the onboarding team and training teams to ensure a smooth process in organizing contract tracers;
  • Analyze data and information from onboarding process to provide recommendations and updates to all contact tracing onboarding and training process;
  • Provide reports, as necessary, to monitor flow of contact tracers and onboarding program;
  • Understand internal control framework to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; 
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information; and 
  • Accept responsibility for other duties as assigned.


Senior Health Educator:

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the onboarding training;
  • Assist with the creation and monitoring of training materials, policies, goals, and objectives;
  • Ensure compliance with ELC Grant requirements;
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ELC Grant budget;
  • Evaluate activities related to ELC Grant compliance, service delivery, operations, and budget for quality assurance;
  • Prepare reports and correspondence related to the ODT onboarding process;
  • Assist in formulating and presenting recommendations to branch leadership for program modifications or improvements based on program evaluations; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information.


Staff Analyst:

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between DPH and entities interested in entering into a formal agreement to provide case interviewers and/or contact tracers in response to COVID-19;
  • Prepare initial draft of MOUs/MOAs or contracts and submit draft documents to CCIB and Contracts and Grants Division for review and refinement;
  • Serve as the liaison between DPH and outside entities interested in entering into a formal agreement to provide case interviewers and/or contact tracers and negotiates MOUs/MOAs and contracts on behalf of DPH;
  • Provide administrative oversight and management of the MOU/MOA and contract process using best practices and independent judgment and ensure timely submission of MOUs/MOA and contracts for signature and execution;
  • Analyze MOU/MOA or contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies and procedures;
  • Work closely with CCIB, Contracts and Grants Division to troubleshoot administrative issues in the execution of MOUs/MOAs and contracts, and provide regular updates to CCIB, DPH management, and others, as requested; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information.


Supervising Epidemiologist:

  • Provide supervision and direction for staff handling surveillance and electronic record systems;
  • Analyze, evaluate, and provide data for quality improvement measures for surveillance and electronic record systems;
  • Participate in the development of surveillance and electronic record systems;
  • Generate data reports related to outbreaks, including, but not limited to, epidemiological curve charts and dashboards; and
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information.


Video Production Specialist:

  • Support ODT with training efforts related to COVID-19 response;
  • Provide support to the training team in the areas of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation for recorded and live trainings;
  • Plan live virtual training sessions by setting up and disseminating schedules;
  • Host, record, and edit live virtual training sessions;
  • Provide technical assistance before, during, and after virtual training sessions;
  • Provide evaluation materials by generating reports from virtual sessions;
  • Develop e-learning modules;
  • Comply with DPH training regarding confidential information related to personal information; and
  • Serve as Team Lead or Project Lead, as necessary.
