Since 1985, Door of Hope, a Christian, faith-based nonprofit, has been a place of hope and restoration for hundreds of families in need. Our mission is simple: to equip families to rebuild their lives, permanently breaking cycles of homelessness and domestic violence.
The Weekend Manager is responsible for upholding the structure of the program and overseeing their facility during their shift (remains on site during entire shift). It is critical that this staff member stand firm on the structure/policies of the program, holding residents accountable to their goals and priorities, while also being a compassionate and strong communicator with both staff and residents.
