WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a creative, resourceful, and positive individual with a minimum of 2 years of social and digital experience in a professional setting who is excited to leverage the power of digital to change the world. The primary function of this role is to support the Marketing & Communications Department's Digital and New Media Strategy team in delivering for the agency’s individual, nonprofit, and corporate clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to think strategically, boldly, and creatively about how to tackle some of the biggest social issues of today. Key methods through which you will do this include:

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute impact-driven digital strategies for our clients that include: creative campaigns, content calendars, social media management, message development, and digital advertising
  • Create, measure, and analyze data and analytics, leveraging social listening platforms to showcase key learnings and recommendations to enable our team and clients to make informed choices
  • Proactively identify potential problems within and across the client work and present innovative and actionable solutions

 

Client Services Support

  • Create client-ready deliverables, including strategy memos and decks, social media management, content calendars, newsletters, and analytics reports
  • Support Client Services teams by regularly communicating with digital clients to provide and appropriately frame updates, strategic advice, and answer questions to ensure continued strategic alignment and client satisfaction

 

Project Management and Execution

  • Develop, update, and maintain multiple project plans simultaneously to ensure punctual delivery of tasks and deliverables
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events, develop and maintain agendas, and prepare notes and action item recaps from all meetings
  • Act as point of contact for project work internally, ensuring timely reporting, collaboration, and completion of work across department and teams
  • Manage online communities and websites

  • ENTHUSIASTIC DIGITAL COMMS PROFESSIONAL: You have 2-4 years of experience managing social and digital campaigns and platforms for organizations and/or brands and you have zeal for messaging and all things creative.
  • CAMPAIGN-ORIENTED: You work best in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture, and remain calm and level-headed when required to change course and/or re- prioritize.
  • DETAIL-OBSESSED: You have an eye for details. You love copywriting and editing. You can comb through a dense document and errors, both big and small, never make it past you.
  • A FIXER: You love solving problems and view it as an actual talent that is developed, honed and displayed with ever-increasing proficiency and grace.
  • GREAT COMMUNICATOR: You have outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • MASTER PLANNER: “Every battle is won or lost before it is fought.” You thrive in the minutiae and, because of your careful planning and ability to see multiple steps ahead, you are always prepared. You also have excellent time-management and organizational skills.
